It is officially resolved, tested here:
Processed and saved immediately. Sound and video do work. Everything checks out. We good! FFMPEG was the only change recent aside from the step back to 16GB (But there was an archive post that iirc so...)
It is encouraged to test it for yourself but it should work for you if it processed just like that. Staff or not.
EDIT: It plays as normal too. So yours might, but any between Midnight on this day Eastern time and 5:40 PM Eastern Time on this test may not. I hit the backend abt 10-15 min after the first report from 7CoinsArturi
